Andy is a seasoned leader, a 30-year retired U.S. Army veteran, and an accomplished leadership speaker with extensive experience across military, industry, academia, nonprofit, and ministry sectors. Over the course of his distinguished career, Andy has honed a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a commitment to service. As CEO of Foreman Leadership, Andy provides insights regarding Strategic Leadership planning from new leaders to seasoned Executives.

Military Career
Andy’s military service is defined by his exceptional leadership and dedication. Rising through the ranks from a Team Leader to Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Andy served in key leadership roles that spanned the globe.
His notable military assignments include:
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO), United States Army Europe and Africa Command; Wiesbaden, Germany
- Senior Advisor to the Afghan National Army Chief Information Officer (CIO), NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan; Kabul, Afghanistan
- Senior Communications Advisor to the Deputy Commandant for US Army Signal School; Augusta, Georgia
- Senior Communications Advisor to Commander, Strategic Communication Directorate (Eastern United States); Newport News, Virginia
- Director of Information and Communications Security, Joint Command South – NATO; Verona, Italy
- Director of Communication Information Services (CIS) Customer Support Center, NATO Computer Services Agency; Norfolk, Virginia
- Director, Northern Node Information Center; Yongsan, South Korea
- Senior Iraqi Security Forces Communications Officer; Northern Iraq
Andy’s experience includes 30 months in combat zones, including two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, as well as a deployment to East Timor in support of the United Nations humanitarian mission. His ability to lead teams in complex, high-pressure environments has earned him numerous awards and a reputation for excellence.

Nonprofit Leadership
Andy is the CEO/President of Jesus Christ Compass Ministries, a nonprofit with an impactful world-wide presence. Under his leadership, the organization continues to expand its global reach, fostering opportunities for growth, service, and faith-based initiatives.
Through Christ Compass Academy, Andy develops and delivers leadership training programs to churches and corporations worldwide. His work empowers organizations with principles rooted in integrity, resilience, and effective leadership practices.

Faith and Ministry
With over 40 years of ministry leadership, Andy has been deeply involved in church life. He has served as the Pastor of Administration and Leadership at an international church in Germany, where he has inspired and guided others in their spiritual and personal growth. His ministry reflects his passion for helping others develop their potential while fostering a spirit of community and service.

Personal Life
Andy is married to Kelly Foreman, his steadfast partner in life and ministry. He has three children; a daughter married and owner of a successful business; his second daughter with a career in veterinary services; a son who serves as a U.S. Army Blackhawk pilot; and they have four grandchildren.
